- If any items, furniture, or unit itself is damaged, there will be a charge according to the lost or damaged cost to repair or replace. - No parties or events. - Check-in is any time after 3 PM, and check out by 11 AM. - No smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time, anywhere on the property. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. - Mail is not allowed at our units - If you have a concern or complaint, please make us know at the beginning of your stay; this will give us a fair amount of time to offer a solution to your concern or mutually agree to cancel the rest of your stay. - Please put all used towels, robes and linen in the black bin from the walk-in closet at check out. FEES: - Smoking fee: $250. - Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 charge. - Lost access fob will result in a $100 charge. - Unapproved late checkouts: any 30 mins after 11 AM is an additional $75. - $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Mandatory cleaning fee - $99 per stay. Quiet hours - 10:00pm - 7:00am 24/7 Guest Assistance - We are always on call for any queries or assistance you might need, to troubleshoot minor issues.
